LINNEA JUSTINE PETERS March 23, 2011 - June 22, 2011 Linnéa is survived by her loving siblings Tessa (four), Damion (two), and twin sister Faye (14 weeks). Linnéa was submitted to the Concordia Hospital at 14:30 Monday, May 16, 2011 (seven weeks) and promptly taken to Children's Hospital. They discovered Linnéa had a rare heart condition and sent her to Edmonton's Stollery Children's Hospital P.I.C.U. at 22:00 for further care. Once there, they found out she had a virus which needs six weeks to cure and was in isolation. She then went for multiple surgeries. Linnéa fought hard for another seven weeks when she became adenitis and was having multi-organ failure. She passed away at 16:00 on June 22, 2011 in Stollery Children's Hospital with many loved ones close by and at bedside. With my greatest blessings, I would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff at Concordia Hospital, Children's Hospital and my biggest thanks to Stollery Children's Hospital. I miss all of you. All of your hard work is appreciated more than you're told. Lastly, I would like to thank all friends and family who assisted with everything while we were in Edmonton. Without your support I would not have been able to be with Linnéa.
